To be considered for placement, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of professional, non-family childcare experience gained after age 18.
Transportation: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insured personal vehicle.
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification before starting work.
References: At least 2 professional childcare references from non-relatives.
Background: Ability to successfully complete required background and driving record checks during the hiring process.
Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Commitment: Willingness to commit to at least one year for permanent placements.
Responsibilities: Willingness to perform light, child-related housekeeping duties.

Once a family selects you, we coordinate background and driving record checks and provide guidance on employment agreements and hiring details.
