We carefully hand-select and screen qualified nannies who match your family's unique needs. You'll receive profiles of candidates who meet your criteria, saving you valuable time.

Review the profiles and choose who you'd like to meet. We'll help coordinate virtual or in-person interviews and arrange 1–3 paid trial days to ensure the right fit for your family.

Once you've selected your ideal nanny, we'll complete background and driving record checks and guide you through the final hiring steps. We also provide sample employment contracts and helpful resources for payroll, taxes, and benefits to ensure a smooth transition.
