Our Placement Fees

Full-Time Nanny (30+ hours/week): $2,000

Part-Time Nanny (29 hours or less/week): $1,700

Live-In Nanny: $2,300

Household Manager / Nanny: $2,000

Summer Nanny (June–August): $1,000
Registration Fee — $200
A nonrefundable registration fee is required to begin your permanent placement search.
Our 90-Day Placement Guarantee
Your family's satisfaction matters.
If your permanent nanny placement does not work out within the first 90 days, Superior Nannies LLC will conduct a replacement search at no additional placement fee, subject to our placement agreement.
Prorated Placement Credit — Months 3–12
If a replacement is needed after the first 90 days, a prorated credit may be applied toward a new placement within one year of the original hire date, subject to our placement agreement.
Summer nanny placements are excluded from our standard replacement guarantee.
Payment Terms
The placement fee is due when the family offers the position and the nanny accepts.
We accept check, cash, credit card, and Venmo.
