90-Day Complimentary Replacement
If your permanent placement does not work out within the first 90 days, we will recruit and screen a qualified replacement at no additional placement fee, subject to our placement agreement.
Prorated Placement Credit — After 90 Days
If you need a replacement after the initial 90 days, a prorated credit may be applied toward a new placement within the first year of your original hire date, subject to our placement agreement.
Summer Nanny Placements
Due to their seasonal nature, summer nanny placements are excluded from our standard replacement guarantee.
Registration Fee — $200
A nonrefundable registration fee is required to begin your permanent placement search.
Payment Terms
The placement fee is due when the family offers the position and the nanny accepts.
We accept check, cash, credit card, and Venmo.
