I (the owner) have
worked as a nanny and household manager for over 14 years and am a mother
myself now. I have learned a lot about the needs of different
family structures from being a nanny, household manager and now a mother myself. Each family’s needs are unique, but one thing remains
true in all cases: A nanny is more than someone who watches your children while
you are at work; a nanny is a part of your family. Whether you are
looking for a full-time live out or live-in, part-time or temporary nanny it is important
to make sure that your family finds a nanny that harmoniously fits into your
family unit.
By listening to your needs Superior Nannies can match you
with nannies that we think would be a good fit for you, giving you a “short
list” of the most qualified nannies for your family’s specific needs.
All
of our nannies go through a thorough background check and MVR check that can
be provided to you. We personally interview each nanny and often
are able to watch the nanny in action prior to offering their services to
you. By the time a nanny is referred to you they have already gone
through an the interview process and had at least 2 child care references
checked as well as have a back ground check, so you can choose the nanny with
confidence.
Our fee structure is
much simpler and less costly than other agencies in that we charge a flat fee
for the placement of qualified, professional, nannies rather than a yearly
percentage of the nanny’s salary.
